This was one of the best investments a seller has ever made with us.  The home had a good foundation, but many projects in the house were left unfinished and rooms were closed off.  We opened up a bedroom and turned it into a loft area, finished off the kitchen with a nice tile backsplash and drywall repairs, finished the basement that was half completed, and repainted the interior of the home.  They had tried to sell As-Is at $380,000 before and had no takers.  Listed by Sarah Biggers w/Samson Properties and sold in less than a week!
